Our Experience
The company is led by founder Amy Valentine, who has 20 years of experience in senior finance and operations for private equity backed portfolio companies in the middle market ($50-$300M in revenue). Amy brings deep experience in costing and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for companies with substantial inventory and SKU complexity. As CFO, she held multi-function oversight for accounting, finance, HR and IT including Private Equity Transactions, Integration and Mergers, ERP Implementations, Audit Management, and Lender and Investor Relations.
